Lifus Interruptus

Why, dear reader, why?

Why have you not barged down my door, wringing your angry fists, threatening me life and limb, begging me to write another post?

Why? Do you not love me?

Life has gotten ahead of me.
I have had no space in which to write.

In the event that you were, in fact, considering living out a villainous fantasy in which you stake out all of my favorite places and accost me at the most ridiculous of times and throw a pillowcase over my head and thrust me into the back of an unmarked van and blackmail me with some nasty bit of icky hearsay that you gathered from my old college roommates and hold me at knife point in front of a lap tap near a wi-fi hot spot until I write more posts, I am here to tell you that I will publish something soon.

Now, your breath may return to normal. Your fear may subside. There will be more posts.

Oh yes, there will be.

    There’d better be….

    (maniacal laughter)

    (villianous music)

    (creepy sigh)

i know i said on the phone i was withholding affection until you produced, but since you posted something, i guess i can comment now. ha. but i did want to mention seriously that the blog is hard to get to now. or am i being an idiot? when you revised the blog page on booknboob, you added a quote, and a thing about your literary rebirth (both i think are awesome), and there are links to (not so) recent posts, but no links to the blog itself. you either have to click on a (not so) recent post and then find the current month, or you have to delete “the” out of the url. am i missing the more obvious link?

Thank you for commenting and calling this to my attention. I have not updated the booknboob web site in some time. (Still waiting on logo!) I probably forgot to add a direct link. Generally, to access the blog page, I just type in http://www.booknboob.com/blog.

Either way, though, I’ll fix it.

I’m also thinking of taking down the forum. Or at least, recreating it.

I must have 2,000 unapproved registered users that are either trying to sell medication or are trying to sneak in porn.

    It’s a real disappointment.

I am frantically studying for the SS test, but will try to reserve some time for site maintenance today.
